1. How old is your roof?

There are several factors that can influence the lifespan of your roof like what the weather was like when it was installed, how many layer of shingles you have and if it’s properly ventilated or not.

2. Shingles Curling or buckling?

Look at the slopes of the roof that get the most sunlight – are the shingles curling and losing granules? If so it could mean they are past their life expectancy and it may be time to replace your roof.

3. Missing Shingles?
